I am looking for a CD Player that has DAC inputs.

Max (absolute) is £800.

Never underestimate a desperate seller. Obviously, I will have to put up on eBay to see if anybody bites at a higher price, but if not ... ulp, tears will be flooding down my face at the thought.

I am appreciative of the new cost of this CD Player and the pain of losing so much on the new price. If my budget would stretch closer to your asking price I would gladly make you an offer.

I have lost more money on reselling hifi than I would ever want to try and calculate.

Good luck with eBay - it can be a minefield but you may get lucky. One thing about eBay that always frustrates me is the fees plus paypal fees on top.

Well, I would rather sell to a fellow AOS member, even if I get a little less dosh. As you say, buying and selling hi-fi is a losing game.

To be honest, I will be selling around the £1150 mark on eBay, to account for the costs.

Will be putting up tonight, if after a week it is not sold, and nobody else offers me any more - you are in luck!

Since I like to play fair, I won't keep you hanging on for the Saturn - it sold on eBay within a few hours!
Assuming it all goes through OK, I won't be able to sell here.
