Hi to all,

I am mayebaza, over many years I have dipped into the Art of Sound for advice, to the point where I am getting quite good at this Hifi stuff. With this forum's help I have manage to create quite a mean TT from and my twenty year old Planar 3, although now only the hinges are left from the original (see Pic below).

I hope to be able to give back some of the knowledge I have gained, and continue to learn a lot more. My music tastes are myriad and can be corny, favouring Gospel, Reggae, 70's Soul Music especially. My rig consists of the following:

Turntable - Bazbo Custom Build
Tone Arm & Cartridge - OL Encounter/Micro Benz Wood SL
SUT/Phono Stage - Audio Inovations1000/Vincent PH700
Digital Source 1 - Custom Build PC via Asus Xonar Essence Dac
Digital Source 2 - YuView via Micromega DAC
Amplification - Densen B100/Densen B300 Bi-Amped
Speakers - Opera Callas/Rel Strata III

You can listen and see my system close up at the Hifi Show at Scalford in room 206, please pop in and say hello.

Hello Barrington. Welcome to AOS.

That's very nice looking work you've done there. I take it that's your SUT to the right of the turntable?

Tell us what plans you have for your system and what other projects you may be working on.

DIY is popular, so details of anything you are working on would be welcome in the Drawing Board area.

Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.

Welcome to AoS Barrington,

Nice introduction and some nice work on the turntable: we don't often see photos in new member's first post, so well done there.

Enjoy the Forum
