Why not just get one directly from Mike? The chances of finding a second-hand one are remote, as generally everyone holds onto them :)

I have one I'm moving on but it would have to be posted from the UK.
Unfortunately the postage cost would be so prohibitive that it would hardly represent much of a saving over the price of a new one from Aus...
