This review will be quick since it's just a piece of perspex with a spindle hole and handles. It was originally intended for the GEM Dandy Polytable but it can be used with almost any table.

After I upgraded to a 10" tonearm on my SL-1200, the dustcover no longer fit so I looked for another solution. I use this 20x more than the SL-1200 dustcover which mostly just sat in the corner. The handles are nice sized and make it really easy to use. Just plop it on when you're not playing a record.
You can tell by the amount of dust in the pictures below that it's doing it's job:
