Hi,
just joined the forum as a member, although I have been reading it quite often.
I have been a hi-fi enthusiast since the '80's. However, I have to say that the Internet has facilitated extremely the exchange of information among fellow hi-fi enthusiasts.
My two systems comprises the following:

System 1
CD player: Marantz CD6005
Pre-amp: Croft Micro25R
Power amp: Croft Series7R monoblocks
Speakers: KEF LS50

System 2
Turntable: Roksan Xerxes original + Audiomods Series5 + MusicMaker III
CD player: Marantz CD6003
Pre-amp: Croft SuperMicroII (upgraded to R spec by Glenn)
Power amp: Croft Series7
Speakers: Snell EII (modified with bypass capacitors und internal cabling)

Hi Geoff,

as a matter of fact, I listen to almost everything apart from classical music (I cannot think of any excuse, here -)).
I prefer classic rock, though, psychedelia, independent rock, R&B, Ella, Nina, Carmen McRae, etc., etc.,
