Wanted: Someone to Service Art Audio Quin-tet Valve amp in North London

Hi all...is there an Valve Amp engineer, reputable/recommended and reasonable priced (3Rs....) That has experience in or is aware of Art Audio products...based in North London?

Have a friend who has one, ...she thinks there's a problem with the speakers....and looking at the amp, there is 1 large Tube missing, and a smaller one that looks like an ECC83 has blown...Bless her!

Recommendations are appreciated...Thanks in advance.

Well that definitely won't sound right. Is there any output on the one channel? I wouldn't expect so.

Valve line up is ECC83, ECC82, 2x EL34 per channel.

I couldn't find anyone in North London to service my hybrid amp and ended up taking it to Deco Audio in Aylesbury. They did an excellent job and are very good to deal with.
