I'm surprised the BBC would publish such a thing. We are in another cold war, but we have been for an awful long time anyway.

This world, it really gets on my wick... WW3 is a war that nobody can win. I wish these world leaders would just have it out between each other and not bring innocent lives in to it. It's like boys with toys.

Sadly it doesn't work like that! Anyway I failed - I'm just too altruistic to survive. Post nuclear apocalypse, it's everyone for themselves - natural selection in operation?

If it ever looks like something like that is kicking off, I'll make sure I've got a stock of dried and canned foods & something to cook on. A radio. Drinking water. Weapons and camo clothing. And a good mountain bike. You won't get fuel. Then I'll be heading out into the sticks, probably to meet up with other well equipped people I know.
