Vinylsong LCR Valve MM/MC Phono Stage.

I purchased this direct from Diy Hifi Supply. It had been previously built by a customer and was being sold on commission after being serviced. New, these were $1200 as a kit (plus shipping & duty). The Silk LCR's are about £350 a pair and the Partridge step-up's are £150

Would it be a good idea to explain why there are two sets of step up transformers? Looks really interesting/tempting

The one set are the inductors in the LCR equalisation network.

L = inductor
C = capacitor
R = resistor

Yes, as Alan rightly points out, the larger ones are the Silk LCR's, not step-ups.

The smaller goes colour ones are the partridge step-up's.
