afternoon all,does anyone have experience of tube buffers? i feel the need for a bit of warmth in my system, should i try a tube buffer or would i be better spending my money on a different /better amp? cheers Jim

A tube amplifier of good quality will give you the warmth you need in your system. You will need some power in your amp though to drive your Tannoy speakers as they seem to be 87db sensitivity. A push-pull amp like the Bob Carver amps will drive these with no problem.

hi Jostein, i had considered a tube amp but i understand to get something good i would have to spend a fair bit.i suppose im wanting the warmth without the expence:eyebrows:
