I bought this to upgrade the stick of liquorice power lead I had on my previous amp. My new amp has the power lead soldered in hence this is surplus to requirement.

Hi Bernie, Yep that can work but you'll obviously have to cover postage to France. I can find out cost from my local po, let me know.
By the way, the price in link is for 1.0 metre length, this 1.5m, I paid £46.00 excluding postage. This is brand new-unused :).
