I bought a pure Dab tuner off eBay 4 weeks ago it has worked fine this morning I mistakenly turned the sound volume down on the remote and now the remote won't increase the volume so I have no sound ! The remote works the presets etc and I've changed the batteries etc I've unplugged the unit etc but still no sound ! I've phoned pure support and they cannot help as the tuner is 10 years old ! I've phoned local repair shop in my village and they said it cannot be repaired and maybe a softwere problem ?? Can anyone get the sound back ?? I would pay for postage to you etc I paid £70 for it ! Thankyou for your help
