are there any goodns? i have fond memories of a technics set up i had many years ago though i dont recall what models,i think the amp was a receiver:scratch: anyhoo i was thinking of trying a technics amp again, are there any goodns or am i looking back with rose tinted glasses at my first seperates system? jim

I highly rate Technics gear some of its good then others not so good
I rated my SUV500 MK2 great performer presence of the music good phono stage great all rounder
Just got in the daddy of the late 90's SUV-800MK2 weighty but beautiful looking....:) Not tested this one yet got so much in and not enough time to test all...:rolleyes:

I bought my SUV500 for £20 but sold it recently for £65.00 and i miss it..:rolleyes:
The SU800MK2 we payed £45 its worth between £70 and £120 depending on what you can get...:cool:

I really enjoy my Silver fronted SU V8 (which graces the image on the footer of this board), acres of clean power, which is great for applying the necessary discipline to my Armstrong 602s, I think I paid about £80 for it.
