Here is my lovely MP-150, which I have not seriously used since getting my FX1200 tonearm upgraded to the F.X arm tube, which is red.
You know what they say about red and green?
The only reason I am selling it is due to the aesthetics of the colour clash.

I bought this new at the end of 2011, from Analogue Seduction for £270. I used it for a few months before purchasing a AT150MLX, a SAE1000LT and a 2M Black in a spending spree.
Since then it has mostly been sat in it's box, unused. It's probably got a maximum of 100 to 150 hours on it, but to be safe I'll go with 200 hours. I checked it still functions before taking the photos below:

I also played with my new USB microscope, and got some pictures of the stylus, showing it to be in very good, clean condition.

It comes with the original screwdriver, two allen keys (no idea what these are for? Maybe the MP-300 and MP-500.) two set of screws, the circular nuts and instruction manual in it's original box.

Based on the above, I have priced it at £170 (The price of a new stylus) + £10 towards the P&P costs, as it will be sent insured delivery.
All funds will be going towards my Firebottle phono stage. :)

It's a "50-500X 2MP USB 8 LED Light Digital Microscope Endoscope Video Camera Magnifier" from eBay. Cost less than a tenner. Looks very much like this one - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/50-500X-2MP-USB-8-LED-Light-Digital-Microscope-Endoscope-Video-Camera-Magnifier-/161867084063?hash=item25b007b11f:g:-1gAAOSw9mFWKf3D

You need to adjust the LED intensity, and move the object to the scope, as the stand is rubbish.
Every time you go to focus, it will move if you are not careful.

best I managed was hand holding it. dare say I might have got better but with my knackered hip I couldnt stay in the position long enough to practice.... Its lying in spare room with all the other bits lol

Hi Kevin
How does it sound compared to your 2M Black?

cheers
Martin

Warmer/less analytical would be one way of describing it. It's a nice full bodied sound.
Less "HiFi" and more musical would be another way. It's a bit of an unfair comparison as the MP150 lacks the fine detail retrieval of the 2M, but the 150 is no slouch.

If it was not for the colour clash (and having too many cartridges) I would happily keep it.

Having just bought another cartridge, I want to make some space.
I have not used this for a while, so is there any interest in this?
