However, if the first watt is crap, why would you want another 1,999
Just kidding, looks interesting, was it a prototype of something you put into production or ?
A...

I think the first watt was a great amp.

No it was design to shake a table with 3 others , with Airborne Radio Kit.
Then I used it in a outdoor PA.

A monster the TX was about 2.5ft across on each channel. With 400,000uF on each power rail.

But now with better MOSFET's it could be bigger, I also tried it with IGBT,s a wicked low bandwidth amp.

:D
I did wonder if it was designed for something other than Audio, I think you mentioned it before.
Either way, a monster as you say.:)

Likewise!! I was wondering about whether or not to point out that this wouldn't work as an audio amp for normal speakers... 2KW into 8 Ohms with mosfets rated at only 100V max drain to source.... No way!!

I sometimes wish I did not have active speakers. I would love to build this amp just for the hell of it .....

No way I would have lots of dead folk after they had bridge them here just to educate and inspire interest in the insides not just a pretty box full of marketing air which costs you a fortune.
