A Big-Up for Hifi Collective

One of my preamps developed a fault recently, traced to a quality coupling capacitor going 'leaky', in other words allowing some DC through.

To their credit Hifi Collective have replaced the part quickly and without fuss, even though it was bought more than 12 months ago.

Excellent service and I feel should be commended.

Yes, I recently had a consignment of inductors arrive which were miles out of spec after testing them and Nick was straight onto his supplier to sort it out. He's a good bloke.

Yup, dealt with Nick many times, for all sorts of bits and pieces, most recently the purchase of various different resistors for my Goldpoint passive preamp project... Always goes the extra mile - top bloke! :cool:
