Nice gear, MG.

The KEF Reference stuff from the 90's sounded great...Still do!

You can't even see "the rest of the room" here. I'm not kidding. There are speakers, turntables and boxes of parts everywhere (at the moment :)).

I have a pair of these Kef Reference also from new - they've been great.
I see you have the new Elvis Costello book, did you enjoy it?

Hi John,

Thanks for the kind words all
Had the Copland's and kefs for best part of two decades now and had the 1200mk5 for about 8 years I think the only thing I have purchased lately is the phono/pre amp and chromecast and see no reason to change, I have not heard anything ,"modern" to compare so sit in blissful ignorance enjoying what I have, the 1200 is stock so if I was to throw money at it it would only be minor upgrades as funds are limited as I spend most on its food (records) although having Spotify enables me to filter my purchases by quite a bit
