Anyone know if a Schuko mains plug is correct to use in France?
In other words is it safe and an accepted standard?

Thanks all, just asking because the German and French mains sockets are slightly different standards and I don't like to mess about with jury rigged mains-that's asking for trouble!

Schuko type F I believe. This is the type typically used.
