I ordered a lock from ebay. An Abloy 362 padlock and it is supposed to be delivered Parcel Force Express, shipping was very very expensive, the seller took a long time to ship it.
I googled Parcel Force only to find a long list of dissatisfied customer complaints. I did request Royal mail but seller would only send P.F.E. It is coming from Sin fin Derby shire.

Not had much trouble with them but for invoices not being sent if there was any tax added if you phone the local depot they may find it for you

Parcel Force Express is part of Royal Mail. They claim 5-7 days delivery to the USA. How long is it since the seller shipped?

If it's any consolation, it's expensive for us too, shipping stuff here from the States.

Seller shipped Saturday or Sunday no tracking yet.
Supposed to be 2 days to U.S.
Do they have there own delivery or use U.S. mail like Royal Mail I wonder?
For the record I have had good luck with Royal Mail .
5 days is the average and has not been much over that, reasonably priced to.
P F E was far more costly .
I have been shipped at least 10 idems from England in the last 2 years.
Each time shipping was pretty fast, China is very slow customs kills Chinese shipping times and the parcel is always ripped open and inspected by a ham handed monster.

Think they use USPS

They are the Royal Mail so they may well use the USPS. 2 kilos seems to be the maximum weight. I'd give it a couple of days - it probably only will leave the UK today.
