Well, when I joined this crazy forum in Oct 2014 little did I know what would happen :eek: Here is what I have finished up with - with the help of members from this forum......:cool: As of today, my system now consists of Garrard 401 with RB303 arm holding a 2m Black cart, Denon blu ray/dvd/cd transport 2500BT. Turntable now plays through a longdog audio twin valve/2 input/2output phono stage all playing through a Creek Destiny MK1 amp into a pair of Rega RS3 speakers :) :) Just got it all wired up after the long awaited arrival of my new LDA valve phono stage.

In the words of a long time member on here it all now "Boogies like a bastard"!!!!!!!:eyebrows::eyebrows: I'm now hearing keyboards, strings, vocals and other assorted instruments that I've never noticed before on my vinyl:eek: So this is IT for now, which bring the reason of getting a dual input phono stage..over the next couple of months I plan to re- vamp a Lenco GL75 (Yes it will have a new paint job and new tonearm!!) The use of which is I'm torn between a dedicated mono cart or going down the moving coil cart...not decided yet :scratch:

So here go's a few piccys for your consideration :) :)

The Creek Destiny looks pretty in silver. I've only seen them in black.

That's a nice system. How's it all sounding?

I'll have to get my Lenco project going again too.

Happy days Graham. That all looks and I'm sure sounds great. The Denon is particularly nice.

Seems to be a few members in this neck of the woods these days. Meets start to look possible.

The destiny was a bit of a sheep in wolves clothing - I bought it on the understanding that it was factory re-furbished ex-demo and came with full 2 year warranty...bargain price from a seller with lowish feedback :( :( so I took a punt - turns out it was direct from Creek!!!!! Happy days and it sounds bloody great and this new phono stage is sublime :) :) Banging out Quadrophenia at the Mo!!!!!!!

Great looking system!
And of course a nice selection of music to keep you entertained! :)
Do you use the Denon HD Transport as a CD drive too? Do you just take the two channel audio from the TV set then or do you have a HDMI connected DAC somewhere?
(I have the Denon HD Transport too! :hairmetal:)

The HDMI from the Denon straight into the telly then the audio out HDMI to a small DAC then into the amp.....seems to work fine and don't get any lag when playing dvds either :)

Great looking system Graham. It's really good when you arrive with a system that you're happy with and happy to leave alone. Well done! :)
