Retractable Dog Leads

Why is it that owners who appear not to be able to control their dogs use these bloody things. It's obviously not their fault that poochy poo gets itself wrapped around your legs and you're supposed to go "oh ha ha that's alright (smiling benignly)- it's just the dog isn't it" (not you, you useless wanker or wankess):rolleyes:

Thing I hate is these wee guys that have 2 big killers out with them on leashes, and the dogs are dragging the guy/ lass all over the place. always the same types....shouldnt be allowed:steam:
