Check out the Klaus Schulze clip, i have one of those synths he's showing but the sit up & beg VCS-3, Mine has a Duophonic 'DK-4' keyboard with it. That what he's got is the case version called the Synti AKS... Mine was a re manufactured one i bought, exactly the same but has MIDI built in it, originals didnt obviously as it never existed in the 60's..EMS specially made one to order with built in Keyboard for the band YES, don't know what happend to it

Just before i got divorced from the first wife, i used to collect early Analogue Synthesizers, had quite a collection, EMS, Moog Modular,ARP 2600 etc etc..Lost the lot, i saw the remanufacture EMS & bought a VCS-3 for old time sake, my fave synth anyway.I had a studio downstairs in the basement Giant soundcraft mixer, Otari multitracker, Studer/Revox 'PR99' i made quite a few tapes, the 960 sequencer on the Moog Modular was a handy tool.It was Chris Franke eat your heart out

All gone now.I would never ever afford that lot again.

Here's a 960 copy..This clip is every bit as good as say material from TD 'Cyclone' album..

Here's the master at work:

Notice the 2x Revox A77..
Left on Floor: ARP 2600, EMS 'AKS' to the right,
Top Moog Modular cabinets..Probably IIIP's
Below that left: Micromoog, Minimoog at the right of the micro
Can't make out the middle keyboard (he's controling the Moog sequencer tempo with it anyway.. The bottom looks like a PPG.
To right that lot a rare white faced ARP 'Odyssey' Mk.1
I can hear a Moog 'Taurus' bass pedal somwhere

Ok just watched this what i recorded Friday. Not bad at all, showed the rioting in Germany 1968 & the birth of Krautrock, get footage of early Amon Duul & Amon Duul II..cool shots of the Zodiak club..Not too much on Ash Ra Tempel which is a shame, can Kluster Tangerine Dream..A bit too much highlight on the Electronic side of it all, the very early clips of Kraftwerk were ok (Yes they had a proper drummer then) as soon as the tinky tonky Kraftwerk was on the programme hit the stop button. Goodish programme but typical BBC garbage.Absolutly nothing i didnt already know.
