At first thought, it would appear that apart from being a drug addict, she wasn't all that poorly. I guess more will come to light as the days pass.

Didn't think she was that old. A great chanter she was, as was her dad.

Looks as though she had battled drug addition and hepatitis in the past, and underwent a kidney transplant in 2009. Even though she'd probably long cleaned up, her health may not have then been at it's best.

Yes i agree sad. Sad for us as music lovers and for her family. However, it was she that chose to drink and drug herself into an early grave. Not the first one to be killed by there own love of excess and she won't be the last.
