Hahaha - same problem as on the other thread! The link I provided DEFO takes me to the glass mat. Must be a browser thing... I'm using Google Chrome.

Sometimes certain combinations just 'work', and spectacularly well too, such as with an MN ETP platter and glass Nagaoka mat. I would thus urge anyone using an ETP (with a Techy), who wants to hear what their favourite music really sounds like, to go for a Nagaoka, hence why I posted the link :)

Indeed, Andy - it's probably the same thing. The key point is that a glass mat/ETP platter interface works extremely well on the Technics, and significantly better than simply using the ETP alone :)

Sourced a replacement & advised equal or better with improved materials

£ 95 if anyone wants to try one
