First Dual I picked up worked well but had badly cracked lid. Bought another supposedly not working just for lid. It arrived damaged - small chip in lid which I stuck back - put a new belt and it worked but arm lift was broken/ missing a spring. Took original Dual apart to see how the arm lift worked, fashioned a spring for new Dual and both worked for a short period before arm lift on both started playing up. Someone gave me a Sansui turntable for nothing so and these two have been on my to do list for months so time to let go - both free for collection.
