LOL... Not seen one of them for a while. think Nagra had something to do with them, but not sure

I was given one of these by my brother years ago...its not a walkman, it was used like a dictaphone.
It has a built in microphone and gives very low level playback.

It was built like a tank from memory...I think it ended up in the bin unfortunately.

I have a FI-CORD, in its original box, [diffrent to the type in the link] complete with its reels of tape etc, had it many years, very cute little thing, and it was working the last time i dug it out, not sure now though.

Did the Fi-Cord use standard 1/4" width tape? I believe the Nagra SN used non-standard 2mm wide tape.

Are those machines your Stewart?
