To absent friends

Whilst we wish each other a Merry Christmas, do spare a thought as well for the forum members who we have lost in recent years.
My personal thoughts go out to John Coleman and Dave Hewitt.

I had no idea that Dave K had passed away. That's quite a shock.

Yup, early last year I think. He had suffered from poor health for some time. There are probably others too, whom we don't even know about.

Yup, always had a lot of time for Dave, really nice guy.
One of the most helpful guys I came across when I joined the forum.
Back in the day, Dave K, Covenant and myself were all swapping mods and helping each other out when Stans 7510 Dacs first came out.

Seems a long time ago now, life is too short.

I am still in shock about this. I have no idea how I could have missed the initial thread. Dave sent me something to see if I could fix it for him almost exactly two months before he passed away. I emailed him with some updates but never bothered to find out why I was not getting a reply. I was equally surprised to find out that John Coleman had passed away in February when I phoned his place to wish him merry christmas. Both of these guys were of immense help and a beacon of support when I first started my business.
