I have had a pair of these for a while now and the way these fill a room with sound is sometimes unbelievable!

For a 1980s speaker there excellent

well pleased.:)

YEAH!! someone else with Allisons, aren't they just beautiful, room coupled, wide soundstage, natural sounding music. love'em to bits

I've got 3's and 6's, my mate has 2's. awesome.

I usually sign off with "enjoy your music" but I know you are Steve

cheers Al :)

and being 180 degree dispersal you can have them facing you or on the side walls facing eacher other, or one facing you and one on the side wall.

Damn shame they ceased trading, the most enjoyable speakers I have ever heard.

cheers Al

I've got a pair of mint condition walnut 6's, but I don't use them.

Allison 6's always punched above their weight, on a good pair of stands, close to a wall they can sound amazing IMHO. The Allison 4's sounded the closest to the model 1's.

cheers Al

Get them valve amps working a bit harder, that'll warm things up :)
