Anyone having trouble paying for items on ebay?

I've been unable to pay by debit card over the last couple of days, been in touch with the call centre and i'm waiting for a call or email from the technical dept.
Anyone else having problems?

PayPal side is fine, just debit card problems.

Just use paypal without logging in, entering the card details manually.

Very strange, i made a purchase as a guest without a problem, then two more purchases logged in and yet again, no problems.
The guest screen requested my full details as i would expect, then when i logged in the two other transactions went through normally....Weird.:hmm:
