I am thinking about building this MC stage, the amplifier I have already has one (Sony TA-8650), I have the replaced the MM stage with a Pioneer SX-1250 pre-amp as I knew this to be a better sounding stage.
So as this is a simple one Fet per-channel circuit I am thinking it wont cost a lot to build and try out in place of the Sony head amp.
