I had planned to downsize my vinyl source, but the best laid plans etc. :doh:

Anyway, my lovely newly acquired Angle Audio 'stage is up for sale.

It's for lowish output MC cartridges. It doesn't quite have enough gain for my very low output 0.23mV Linn Asak, but I'm sure it would be great for carts in the region of 0.5 - 1 mV output. :)

Excellent condition, comes with various foreign type mains plugs adaptors as well as one for the UK.

Billy Bargain at £80 inc UK del. A bit more for foreign parts.

Thought it was St. Augustine who is supposed to have said it. (And lampooned in '1066 and All That' as "not angels but Anglicans".)

Yes, you and Tom are quite correct - my mistake. The quote was "Non Angli sed angeli, si forent Christiani" - "Not Angles but angels, if they would be Christian".

Apologies for the thread drift - it's a fine phonostage and bit of a bargain: good luck with the sale.

The prospective buyer has a Denon 103 - at 0.3mV probably just a bit too low for this 'stage, so I advised against it.

So available once again. :)
