I've read worse ramblings about audiophiles. Actually though the article was pretty informed and not so full of prejudice as is usual.
Besides, it's just Another indicator of the fact that good audio is on it's way back into peoples awareness. Not just ours... ;)

Keep talking about a thing and eventually it enters people's conciousness. I don't mean talking on forums exactly but there are things like Neil Young's Pono project getting people talking and the growing interest in portable audio, vinyl and even shitty Beats headphones get people at least thinking about sound quality.
