Is anybody else sick of seeing Rod Stewart's album being plugged?

On just about every TV channel I look at, I see commercials plugging Rod Stewart's new album 'Another country'. I've never liked his music, but this album (from what I've heard of it) sounds really corny and I'm fed up with seeing the commercials all the time, with him sitting there thinking he looks so cool. Wonder where he gets his hair from these days?

YES... and anything else Rod Stewart to be honest. They always wheel his olde bones out at Christmas time, it's so predictable and cringe worthy. But, the oldies like him... Awww! :)

I have seen the one, that was enough. Only music of any worth from Rod - imho - was his vocals with The Faces - after that ..... well I am Sailing sums it up MOR snorefest.

Not seen/ heard him on TV, however heard him a lot on the Radio- his voice is shocking bad yet still gets bigger up:scratch:

Have a few singles from the Faces days, apart from that, i too am a bit sick of seeing the adds, maybe like many lately' he's trying to top up his pension pot before he hangs up his leopard skins for good, :scratch: still wish him well though, have fond memories of his music from when i was a kid in the 70's.:)

Sorry, rarely pay attention to ads, so wasn't even aware of this. Most of the TV progs we watch are recorded onto our SKY box (usually too busy doing other things), so ads are always fast-forwarded!
