I love having the occasional snickers. Can't beat that distinctive taste!
Anyone eating one right now?

I've just 'dropped' a big chocolate log... Does that count? :D

Yesh, it was a back-end exit! :eyebrows:
Had nuts and other 'bits' stuck to it, too......
Marco.

Round our way that expression translates into a 'hand shandy' or a 'five knuckle shuffle'. I'm guessing it means the same thing further north?
Used to like them; used to have a sensible name like Marathon I think. nougat and nuts with choc and caramel... whats not to like. alas teeth are needed and mine cant afford any more risks taken  means I cant eat cashews etc which is a bugger as Im an addict
Snicker definition, to laugh in a half-suppressed, indecorous or disrespectful manner.
Hmmm...... maybe they were just taking the piss when they renamed it. They are certainly taking it when you look at the size now and when it was properly named Marathon. Mind you the name of the game with most consumables is reduce the size, but keep the price the same.......or more.

Never heard that one Rich. What I meant was the occasional gallon or more of cider. :-) ]

I do enjoy a Snickers but like many of these sweetie products, they have shrunk so much in size that they are hardly recognisable. Also, they don't taste as good as they used to, which is the inevitable result of the manufacturers being bought by US companies.
I like them. I prefer the "fun"size variant as I find it rather more yummy.
If you get into a serious binge it's nice alternating between Mars and Snicker. The two work well in a mixed brand system.
Just read this post back. I'm actually not fat.
