Its just phono plug to phono plug Rich with an integrated earth spade. I used it on a project carbon deck.

Heavy guage mains cable 1m. A small piece of mains plug I cut off as it interfered with plugging into block. Does no harm and not noticeable. . This was expensive in the day say £22 delivered.
