Never fear, big sort-out coming soon...
Rewiring my whole balanced mains install and any mains cables needed with some some "rather good" mains cable in a few weeks, slumming it for now. :)
Not adding any more kit to the system, so final one is in place now. Job done.

All cables to exact length, mains away from signal..all that good stuff. (he says hopefully!)
