I have for sale some Sorbothane isolation feet(18 pcs). They are about 1 inch in diameter (see pics.) and all in very good condition. Price may vary depending on how many you want. I think £8 for the set of four including UK postage.

Sorbethane is usually not self adhesive.
The material itself has a high "tack" factor, so it frequently sticks to whatever is has had standing on it.

A little bit of double sided tape would also help .
