Hi everyone

I forgot my password and can't see a way of asking for it again or changing it :scratch:

Al remember that Apple Mail is only a front end for email. What I mean is that if you are actually a Sky subscriber, for example, it's actually your Sky password you need. If you have forgotten your Sky password there is the ability to log onto Sky and change it, and therefore also changing your Apple Mail password as well

You can also use Keychain which is an application in Mac's where passwords are stored, there is a good article here which might help:

Apple email is nothing to do with Sky and they don't provide email services for anyone else.

Mail is all part of iCloud now so you need to reset the password for your icloud account here:

I actually never said Apple Mail is anything to do with Sky, I was using Sky as an example

If you are using Apple Mail as your email client (or 'front end' as I call it) for Sky, BT, Virgin or any other provider then it is 'their' password you will need ;)
