WANTED John shearne phase 2

as per title i am after a John shearne phase 2 amp as i have heard they do soundstage very good and do not sound to bright or lean
of cause i am open to anything else that has that type of sound but ideally i would rather have a John shearne phase 2
i have been after one for a long time but i always notice the adverts for them after they have sold :rolleyes::doh:
i will not have the fund til the week after next so that i am sure will allow time for something to pop up.
my budget is £250 tops. (delivery on top of the £250)

I'm assuming you mean on eBay when you say you've missed these Jason. Why not do an Ebay 'saved search' with email notification? That's what I do if I'm after something that's not often available. It works.

i will do that thing you mention though
truthfully i never knew you could do such a thing but will look on the bay,
ebay though i tend to be weary of.
i remember once buying a cd player and it arrived nine weeks later in a box with no bubble wrap or protection
when i opened the box the dust and smoke smell was really strong.
plugged it in and it never worked but then i changed the plug fuse and it worked.
that pretty much is my ebay experience.
last week bought a marantz cd63 and creek amp, both sold as working.both arrived faulty
i seldom buy something second hand on ebay and it not have a fault
for me i trust the guys on this forum more as you all seem to be bloody decent so i rust you all more.
if money was not tight for me with a baby on the way i guess i could take more risks
i'm lucky my beloved is ok with my hifi hobby.
in fact she tells me if she comes across nice picture of some cable or a amp. (hifi porn addict )
so i would rather buy here if possible though will use that ebay function you mention..

For eBay search, type in the search box at the top what you are looking for (keep it very brief). To the right select category (sound & vision). Left click on 'search'. It may give you results or tell you 0 listings found. Either way, left click 'Follow this search' and when the box appears tick the email option. Done!

lol, yes i mean Now, my beloved played around with the settings on the netbook and my phone and i have no idea how to turn off half the features, the predictive text feature is the most annoying one but more annoying is my phone display turns off after a minute.
it remembers me why i had a dumb phone for so long but bless her shes only trying to be helpful.
