Snell Type A III speakers
Very nice condition.
Sound superb.
Refoamed bass drivers.
New midrange drivers (as per the originals.
(old original drivers included with foams to refoam).
Tweeters (front and rear) original.
New grill cloths.
The veneer overall is in very good condition.
Waxed with beeswax.
Terminals treated with deoxit.
Original boxes and packaging, but collection only for obvious reasons.
Frequency Response:
38Hz-18kHz +/- 1dB
33Hz-20kHz +/- 1.5dB
24Hz-26kHz +/- 3dB
Impedance: 4 ohm
Sensitivity: 86 dB
Woofer: 12"
Mid: 4"
Tweeter: 1"
Rear Tweeter: 3/4" (on/off switchable)
Dimensions are 36 x 60 x 129 cm
They comprise 2 base units and two top units that pack into 4 cardboard boxes.
Without the boxes these should fit in a hatchback as they lay llat and stack on top of each other.
