Up for sale is my Rega DAC in black with original box and owners manual.
This item was bought in late September 2014 and so is exactly one year old. It is in perfect unmarked condition and as I listen mainly to vinyl it has only been subject to occasional use when listening to my CD player.
It is only being offered for sale because I have recently purchased a DAC with a headphone socket in order to make occasional use of a set of headphones I own.
The Rega DAC is very well regarded and is loaded with various filtering options which I enjoyed experimenting with.
According to What Hi-Fi:-
It’s not quite as expansive in terms of soundstaging as its Musical Fidelity rival, but where timing, rhythmic surefootedness, insight and simple musicality is concerned the Rega is beyond reproach.
As we’ve observed before when reviewing the Rega DAC, there are no significant downsides to ownership. As long as your system justifies the outlay and you’ve got the cash at your disposal, you absolutely have to hear it.
Asking £295 plus postage
