Nad 3155 Phono Capacitance Level

Hi Guys

I'm looking to set this old girl up sometime this week and was wondering something thats confusing me the NAD has an MM / MC phono stage but i will be using the MM stage with an ortofon OM super 10 cartridge. what setting to i need the capacitance on 100PF , 200 PF or 300PF. Just wondering i guess its 100 but not sure anyone willing to help on this?:)

Looking at the spec the loading is quoted as 200-500pF, quite a wide range.

There will of course be some capacitive loading with the interconnects, but probably best to try all three settings and see which sounds best to you, particularly if it sounds too bright on the lower setting.
