Lovely cdp with a gorgeous "analogue" sound that is attributable to an output stage that is a work of art. Pictured is that stage in another identical deck.

To quote another advert. " Information is scarce about these players but they got a good write up in Stereophile back when they were current.
I believe they were a staggering £800-900 new."
This is a Philips bit-stream, CDM4/19 deck which has been modified by Conrad Johnson. The output stage is full of quality capacitors.
No remote but many Philips/Marantz controls will do it.

I have added the iec mains socket and that's it. No work needed on this one, I just sat back and enjoyed it.
