Speaker Upgrage

I am looking to upgrade my ProAc Tablette 2000 speakers this year. I have had these speakers for about eight years and I do like the midrange clarity but think that they lack scale and bass.

I have a room which is 13ft by 14ft which is ground floor with concrete walls. Source is LP12 and Naim CD5x. Amp is Naim 150x/122x

I don't want to use a subwoofer, I have tried before and found it difficult to completely integrate into my system.

So I have decided that maybe a floorstander would be the best choice which should be able to provide the scale and improved bass response that my existing speakers lack.
I do like transparency and soundstage and ability of speakers to not draw attention to themselves.

Some speakers that I am considering so far are
Neath Motive 2SX - I have red that they are warm sounding which might suit my needs
Rega RX3 - this is the latest range of Rega Speaker, not sure if there is much opinion on these yet as they are so recent.
Spendor A3 - I have not read much about these bug they are similar price to the above two speakers mentioned.

I would be interested to read some opinions on these speakers or alternatives which might suit.

Good speaker the Tablette 2000. To me at least, not an obvious candidate to pair with Naim amplification though. But if it works for you, it works.

There's a pair of Totem Arros on offer in Private Exhibitions. I suspect they might slot into your system rather well.

The best match would be PMC for Naim. Not sure of your budget, the Twenty 22 will suit your size of room and give enough clout. Alternatively look at the older PMC GB1i - there's usually a couple floating around on the auction sites. However, your room seems fairly compact, like mine, so a small floorstander such as the ones you've suggested or larger standmounts.

I love Totem Arros but not sure how they will synergise with Naim, although have read some good things about the combo.

I purchased a pair of KEF LS50s recently and have been bowled over by their balanced, detailed, sweet performance. But, the most amazing aspect is the depth of the bass - extraordinarily deep and well-controlled for such a compact speaker. The looks aren't to everyone's tastes and the lack of any grille is annoying, but the LS50s are a truly Class Act.

Rega RX3 - this is the latest range of Rega Speaker, not sure if there is much opinion on these yet as they are so recent. Based on my experience on Rega RS 5, I would say: Don't go for Rega if you like to play loud. I listened to a pair and liked the sound (they do sound very open and engaging) at moderate volume level at the shop. It was a pair of demo's so the price was considerably lower that retail and I went for them too quickly I guess. When I started using them as I like at home, they were fighting for their life at high volume, and I don't mean insane party clipping volume but high livingroom volume without distortion . The bass just couldn't cope. I sold them shortly after. My JBL LS 80 can easily cope with the same volume and heavy bass. Rega speakers is in my book for moderate listen levels and they do that well.

As much as I love Spendor, having just purchased my third pair, I don't think the A3 is going to have the bass clout your looking for. If you could stretch yourself to a secondhand pair of A6's, they would work well with your Naim kit.
PMC might also do the trick, but be careful, listen first, preferably in your own room and using your own kit.

I would say that a pair of IPL transmission lines would tick your box .
