Bit annoyed that I missed out on one of a couple of Micromega Microdacs recently but hey ho, win some, lose some.
So, does anybody have something similar available ?
A preference for slightly warmer and detailed presentation in the NOS styley but will consider anything half decent in good condition.
What have you ?
Thanks

Thanks Grant. I saw that but it is rather expensive for a Microdac. The 2 I missed out on were £80 each and I sold my own for £100 a couple of years ago.
My A A decoding engine is cheaper ;)
might not be your cuppa tea though
For a few dollars more you can have my Mk1 Rega DAC.
£240 delivered.

This could have been sold to me weeks ago.....Rich used to be so decisive..but now he's not so sure...it should read "a fist full of dollars"...

As ever its personal taste --- I had the Moodlabs (Dice) myself and liked it, a John Kenny will be great too but outside budget probably ---- I am currently very happy with a miniwatt n4 which seems to be on special offer right now direct ( so I assume a new incarnation is on its way ) but I am really enjoying mine and (for me ONLY) I prefer the sound to Rega and also the MF M1Dac which I think is too easily overlooked mostly IMHO because of the company's sale and discounting approach but at heart the M1 is a nice DAC offering lots of inputs but if you can get by with just USB give http://www.miniwatt.com.hk/#!product a try ( its a great USB/SPDIF converter too ) I picked my used one up for £100 and it is money well spent for me.....
