They sure do. We did 2 recces in that "dem" and on both occasions the music was so dire that we had no idea whether the speakers and amps used were any good or not!

I suspect that the music chosen (poncey airy fairy shit) was to highlight their strengths:eek::lol:

The Hifi Hangar set up was great. The planar speakers sounded very good on the end of the Hypex based amps. Proper music was played too.

Probably the speakers. I just don't like smallish high efficiency full range drivers in compact reflex boxes.

Yes, heard that setup at Whittlebury. Had a long chat with the chap selling the amps. The speakers are very good and great VFM to my ears.
