I'm in contact with a chap that offers superb after sales service for a certain brand of paramotor, and more power to him for doing so.
However the proprietor who manufactures the paramotor has a, lets say, unresponsive reputation.
I have a small problem at the moment and to aid matters a diagram or sketch would help matters along.
I have had this reply from my very helpful dealer, which made me laugh out loud:
'I can ask him for a diagram but you have more chance of the queen giving you a lap dance.. '
Such a pleasure to deal with a helpful person that also has a very good sense of humour :)
