AT-630 SUT, vintage Tannoy connectors (Monitor Series), Hitachi omnis

Audio Technica AT-630 step-up transformer. I had forgotten I had this. Surprisingly good quality step-up for running MC cartridges into MM input. 28db / 1:14 step-up which is bang on for the Ortofon Samba or SPU in fact, outputting 2.8mv and 4.2mv respectively, a fine match for most MM phono stages. Pair of Tannoy 4-pin plugs for Tannnoy Monitor series dual concentric speakers (Golds etc), wired up to some decent quality OFC speaker cable (just under 1m). £25 posted. (Add £3 for elsewhere in EU. BT or PPG for payment).

Hitachi SS-58X omni-directional speakers, one has a mark on the top but in general they are OK, these give a spacious 3D sound and cope with awkward spaces. £35 collected from Berkshire/Surrey/Hampshire border

I like my AT630. Great all round SUT and it works with earlier Ortofon MC's too, as well as Supex 900E ;)
