I bought these recently for use with my computer system - they work very well up close in nearfield use and the sealed boxes means they are fuss free with positioning. Surprisingly musical and punchy speakers - an improved version of the popular mini model with a refined soft dome peerless tweeter.
I thought they were keepers, but I've just gotten back a pair of old Mission speakers I'd forgotten about years ago from a friend. In comparison they are a bit muddy in the mids but still OK for the job. Their condition means they are nigh on unsellable (no grilles, marked cabs) so I will let these go instead if I can get my money back on them.
Condition on the JPWs is very good, complete with unmarked grilles. One minor fault is the veneer has come away a little on the back of one of the speakers.
I would like £40 including delivery.
