This came from a car boot sale some while back and has been sitting doing nothing , So today I thought it was time to see if it worked ?
Plugged it in and pressed the power button = nothing , no light no nothing
Put a cassette in just in case it was blown bulbs and would you believe it when I pressed play it works and all the lights only come alive when you press play and not when you press power
I have MJ off the wall playing now speed sounds correct and I have equal output on both channels
Looks like its worth putting in new belts and giving it a good clean and polish
