Dont you just love certain sayings ! Some have been around forever because they are that good. Sayings like 'and dont bother to come round here and darken my door again ! or 'so put that in your pipe and smoke it !' :lol: and so on .... Anyone else got any ole gems ?

It shows that my Dad went through the war as his favourite saying after every meal was "well, that's another day that Hitler hasn't starved us!"

A north east expression used to express frustration with a female. Often used by my grandad.
Shit wi sugar on... an expression used by my mum when pestered as to what was for dinner.:lol:
